At the LASER
SIGHT SHOP we take your purchasing decisions and
expectations very seriously. If you have any questions that
are not answered on this page, please e-mail us and we will be happy
to help you.
WHAT WILL SHOW UP ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?
The Laser Sight Shop is a Tactical Gear, Inc. company.
"Tactical Gear, Inc." will show up as the merchant on your
credit card statement.
ORDERING OPTIONS
On-line: Place your order easily and securely using our
shopping cart system.
FAX: During check out select payment method as
"fax". You will receive a e-mail receipt of your
order. Print this out and write your credit card information
on the paper. Then simply fax it to us 24 hours a day at
443-328-0489. We will confirm your order by e-mail within 24
hours of receiving your FAX.
Mail: To
place your order by mail simply complete the checkout with the
shopping cart system, print out the receipt that you receive by
e-mail and mail the receipt with your payment (check, money order,
or credit card information) to:

PAYMENT
OPTIONS
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments for on-line orders,
FAX orders, and mail orders. We are very serious about fraud
prevention, so if anything appears to be out of line with an order,
we may contact you for additional verification. This is for
your protection as well as ours!
Money Orders,
Cashier Checks, and Personal checks are accepted as well.
Orders paid with Personal Checks will be held for 10 days to allow
the check to clear the bank. Make all checks payable to
"Gun Safe Shop".
SHIPPING POLICIES
Our shipping costs are very simple to calculate:$7.49
($22.00 for Next Day Air Saver) for the first item and then $2.00
for each additional item. If you would like to order more than
5 items please contact us for a shipping quote on your order.
RETURN POLICIES
If you would like to return your purchase within the first
30 days please contact us before sending it back. We will give
you a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All packages
must be returned in like new condition and in original packaging.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. There will be a 10%
restocking fee for all returned items. No refunds will be
provided on packages that do not have a RMA number. Obviously
if there is something wrong with your item when you receive it we
will be happy to work it out with you.
WARRANTIES
All laser sights are brand new and fully covered by the
manufacturers standard warranty.
PRICES
All prices subject to change without notice. We will
contact you before processing your order if the pricing is different
than what is indicated on the web site. We work really hard to
provide accurate pricing on-line - and we have never had a problem
with this issue, but our lawyers forced us to include this section.
